Environment to receive preview

Hello how are you? I would like to know how to enable an environment to receive preview features like the GPT-3. I'm in Brazil and I created a trial type environment with localization in Preview (United States) thinking that it could be a problem of region and type of environment, but it still didn't work. Would you help me? Ty!

Please check if you have changed the authoring version to 3.21073.16 and turn on the experimental feature:
