Erroneous warning about List component for document management

I built a proof of concept in a PowerApps staging environment with custom entities in PowerApps and a Portal to enable external users to upload documentation to those custom entities.

In my staging environment (the left side of the attached picture), I was able to enable sharepoint integration and create a folder structure based on the Contact entity.

In my production environment (the right side of the attached picture), with the same sharepoint site, I get a warning that says the Microsoft Dynamics 365 List component is not installed, so Sharepoint is unable to create the correct folder structure automatically.

Why is this happening., and how can I resolve it?

Re: Erroneous warning about List component for document management

I'm such a dummy. I figured it out. I needed to click the "enable server-based sharepoint integration" button in my production environment.

Everything works as expected now. Thanks for being my rubber duck for debugging, PowerUsers forum!
