Error Message: The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.

Hi all PowerApps experts,


One of my co-workers received this error message, but I didn't. I want to know how to troublehsoot the error. Is there log file I can get to determine if it's my data source issue or Microsoft's? Thanks.

Hi @mochabits,

 

Please try the following ways:

  1. Upgrade the On-Premise gateway to the latest version.
  2. Open the gateway to check the status under powerapps.com>Data>Gateways, is it still Live?
  3. Try to restart the gateway in the Service Settings if it is stopped.
  4. Try to uninstall gateway then restart computer, install the latest version.
