I do not have this issue but are just trying to think along here:
What happens when you republish the app?

Hi @Rick72. Thanks for the great follow up!
I've since solved this issue:
Hi,
I have te same problem. When I shared my app with current user (administrator) it worked but when I added new user I got the error.
Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Faramarz
Hi @ericonline
Thank you for the support.
Yes, I did.
Even I tried that on different devices such as IPad, and same error.
I looked into the problem in more detail and I found a number of unused connection and I clean the environment.
Now, I have two Apps one has more functionality and the other one has only one of those (taking picture and upload that into SharePoint library).
After cleaning up, the first one works for one users not the other one, the limited one does not works for none of them.
There is something wierd about the second one, when I check the details of the App on App Details there are unneccesary connections and Flows but when I check the connections on App->View->Data Sources. There is only the needed ones.
How can I get rid of those connections and Flows when I cannot find the in the View->Data Sources.
Any suggestion
I removed the unneeded connection by Exporting and importing the package.
For one user it is ok but fot the other one the problem preseists.
I am totally confused.
Hm.
Have the affected user:
They should be prompted to create new Connections to the Connectors used by the app.
One connection remained which is connected to some Apps and Flows.
Are you sure deleting that doesn't make any problem for them?
Thank you
Faramarz
Hi @farsami ,
When in Data/Connections, only delete Connections that are used by affected app (the one you're having trouble with). When the user reopens the affected app, they will be prompted to "re-connect". There is on consequence to this that I'm aware of.
Thanks for your support.
The problem was solved, I was working on another solution which worked.
I logged in as the user and I opened the details of the App. The conection was wrong, after changing that it was solved.
