We are getting the same error and none of our apps appear to be working.
PA and flow are currently down.

Looks like it's back up now.
We're still receiving the "Sorry, there's been a disconnect" error.
Same Error.
Looks like PowerApps is completely down!
It came back here - at least for a few moments (east coast US)
Looks like it is struggling again.
I have some apps working other are completely down.
