Error logging in to edit in Chrome

Hi all. I've been trying for a few days to edit power apps in Chome 61 on my local PC, but I keep hitting an error (see below). It works in Edge, and works in Chrome 61 on another computer. Logging in to web.powerapps.com works, it's just create.powerapps.com. Other Microsoft services work (office 365, visual studio online). I've tried:

- clearing chache (cached images and files, cookies and other site data only)

- incognito

- diabling all extensions

The error is:

We need you to sign in again.

Unable to obtain access token for resource 'https://management.core.windows.net/'. Error from ADAL.js: login_required (AADSTS50058: A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in. The cookies used to represent the user's session were not sent in the request to Azure AD. This can happen if the user is using Internet Explorer or Edge, and the web app sending the silent sign-in request is in different IE security zone than the Azure AD endpoint (login.microsoftonline.com).

Thanks!

Hi @subtlevolume,

Could you please check if the Web portal could be loaded under Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge?

If not, then follow the steps posted by staff davidni in the following thread:

Unable to create new app

If issue still insists, please post back.

Regards,

Michael

Thanks @v-micsh-msft

It does work in Edge. Just so I'm clear, the "web portal" is create.powerapps.com or web.powerapps.com? Both work in Edge. create.powerapps.com doesn't work in Chrome for me.

Having the same issue, is there a resolution?

Same as @subtlevolume
Suggestions in "Unable to create new app" have been done too and do not resolve this old issue.

Got the solution - Our fault.

Forget about all previous solutions.

You do not need to add domains in trusted sites or in chrome cookies management (you can but if it is not needed, why bother?).

What you need to check are your -privacy management- extensions in Chrome (Ghostery, Privacy Badger, etc.).

In my case it was "Privacy Badger".
I had to allow "login.microsoftonline.com" and everything is working fine now.

AFTER

I also have Gosthery and it behaves correctly. So no issue here IMO.

Hope it will help.

I'm still getting the issue in Chrome (I've long since switched to Firefox). Even with no extensions (or in icognito with no extensions allowed) it doesn't work for me.

Routers can have firewall and privacy settings too. Have you checked in case of ?
Nop, if you have it working with Firefox, it is not the routers...
