I have this issue with one of the users can' open any of the Apps, This started recently.. Have tried with different computers but the issue is the same.
We have tried clearing cache in the browser (Chrome)
"Sorry there has been a disconnect"
Error details says,
"Request failed with status code 401"
Any one got a suggestion?

As a further cause elimination test, can the user access the app on a different device?
