Error messages on Android

I have an app made for my company that has check in to course/take survey/see profile/edit courses (for admins only) capabilities. It uses SharePoint lists as its data sources. The most important one is a large SharePoint list with many courses along with the Instructor, Date and Time, and similar data.

 

My coworker and I have iPhones and it works perfectly fine. But the employee in charge of this course program who we made the app for has an Android and an iPhone.

 

On her iPhone she says she has no issues. But on her Android, immediately after opening the app she gets tons of error messages and is unable to proceed pass them.

 

Unfortunately I am currently unable to provide screenshots of these messages but I can list some of them. Please let me know if you have a suggestion of possible causes for these errors.

 

Error 1:

An error occurred on the server.

Server Response: Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and sharepointonline is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: sharepointonlinecertificate. Correlation Id=52fb021a-1605-49c9-9b31-7d1e29273d08, UTX TimeStamp=6/27/2018 2:47:59 PM, Error: Failed to acquire token from AAD: AADSTS50076: Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access '(long code)'.

Trace ID: (long code)

Correlation ID: (long code)

Timestamp: (date)

 

Error 2:

One or more of your connections may not be authenticated. Tap here to fix them.

 

Error 3:

Office365Users.UserPhotoMetadata failed (and then more essentially the same thing as Error 1)

 

The UserPhotoMetadata is meant to get the user's profile picture and works fine on iPhone

1. Have you tested with your account on her Android phone to open the same app? Please have a try and see if the issue is related to this phone. 

2. Make sure that the PowerApps is the latest version on this phone and let her test with other Android phone too.

Hello,

 

Thank you for responding. I am 99% sure that it is an issue with either A) her Android version or B) her PowerApps update is behind. I have not heard back from her regarding either of these but I think that is it.

 

Another coworker with and Android tried it and it worked fine error-free.

I am getting this exact error in Windows when trying to manually run a flow from a sharepoint list.  I am guessing you have MFA enabled.  I just opened a Premium support ticket and am waiting a callback.  This errors kicks off for anyone that has MFA and manually runs the flow.
