Error on Azure SQL Connection

I am having issues on my Sql connection, I get error message:

Credentials are missing or not valid. inner exception: The credentials provided for the SQL source are invalid. (Source at......)

The tables connected to the Forms don’t show any error, however Galleries and dropdowns gives the error above (I think those retrieving data gives the error).

This might be an obvious question, but have you definitely entered a correct username and password?

To diagnose this further, are you able to log into your database using SQL Management Studio using your same credentials?

Yes am able to login using the username and password in both management studio and azure Portal. 

Powerapps forms with the Datasource do not show errors. But Gallery and dropdown

I'm guessing that because you have gallery, forms, and dropdowns connected to your datasource, it used to work, but is no longer working now?

If you refresh the data source, does that make a difference?

If you create a new app, are you able to connect to the datasource without error?

I created a new App and it worked. Will go back to the old one and reconnect.
