Got this error when trying to edit my powerapp.
Does not work on different browsers, incognito, or desktop app.
Restoring to previous versions also did not fix.

It appears a day of not touching it has fixed the issue? I tried clearing cache and other browsers as per other solutions for people who hit similar issues, which did not work. Coming back in today it seems to work fine...
It was rather frustrating to lose any access for a day with no real indicator of what was happening or why beyond a very generic error message.
