I keep getting this error when I try to share my app. I have been trying for days and I still get this
If you are not a System Admin of this environment, can you try from someone who is?
Also check as follows from a Global Admin preferable:
2. Select Environment
3. See if Details tab says "Instance Version" something.
4. If this is missing or there is no Common Data Service provisioned, this could be the issue. If this is a production environment, you may not want to provision it without being careful.
5. If there is no Common Data Service, ask a Global Admin to temporarily make you Environment Admin on the environment under Security. If there is a Common Data Service, try asking a Global Admin to temporarily make you "System Administrator" on the environment the App is in.

Do you mean that the issue would show up when you share your app to other users?
Could you please click "See more details" option to provide more details about the issue here?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please make sure the Network is in good condition on your side.
Also please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, try to share your app to your users, check if the issue still exists.
