We have installed CaféX on top of our CRM solution - when I open the chat activity I get an error.
This is what the CaféX support agent told me:
You're very welcome! The same error appeared for us when we were testing, the error shown in the screenshot relates to the Dynamics 365 part of the service rather than to Live Assist. For better assistance I recommend you raise a feature request with Microsoft.
Please be sure to send them the log file that you have access to via the "Download Log File" button in the Error pop-up window.
Once you have an SR number please share it with us.
