Error when signing up to community plan and creating environment

I keep getting this message when trying to sign up to the community plan using my test tenant work account.

'We're sorry, we weren't able to get you started with the Power Apps Community program. Please try again.

If you've gotten this message more than once, please contact us.' 

I have tried with 2 separate accounts - admin and user.  

I have tried clicking on both links with same error - 'Sign up on the   https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/developerplan/ If you are an existing user of Power Apps with Office 365 or Dynamics 365, you can also https://apps.powerapps.com/community/signup

 

Can anyone help please?

Hi! I would capture a network trace to see if we can get more details about the error.

I see that the region selected is United Kingdom, if choosing that specific region is not required, I would probably test by selecting United States.

Finally, have you tested these 2 buttons already? Power Apps Developer Plan | Microsoft Power Apps
