Hello
I am trying to create a new CDS environment from powerapp admin portal. But when I am trying to create database into it, I am getting error saying "Your company's azure active directory home location ('unitedstates') does not allow provisioning of resources in environment's region ('unitedstatesfirstrelease'). Attached is the snapshot.
I do have one environment already created and trying to create another one and I am using microsoft account for same.
Any help/suggestion would be really appreciated.

I have the same issue.
I'm trying to create a new CDS in Preview region. As it mentioned here https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/preview-program/
But I have found, that this is expected issue and should be fixed soon... Please find some details are below
3 Database cannot be created in Preview region. Currently, you cannot create a database with Common Data Service for Apps in an environment in Preview (United States) region. This is in backlog.
Hi @Sachinbansal,
I think your error might be related to the Location condition configuration in your Azure AD, you could please check if your Azure AD about this setting?

Mona

Thanks @v-monli-msft for your response. I can see Named Location conditions are configured in AAD. But I am not sure if I can modify it to gain access since its @microsoft.com account.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Did you have any luck working around this issue?
Hi James
Since it's related to location condition configured in Azure AAD, settings need to be modified there to add your machine IP to allow access. I was not able to do so since I do not have global admin access, its @microsoft.com account with restricted access. If you have global access to your azure AD subscription, you should be able to update location condition else I would suggest to raise MS Support ticket.
Hope this helps.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Sachin, Thanks for your quick reply.
Looks like this is limited if you dont have a Azure AD Premium P2 Plan.

James.
