Error with update to 2.0.660 on iPhone

Our users are receiving an error opening their PowerApp when the main PowerApps application is updated to 2.0.660 on iOS. When opening the app on version 2.0.660, the app displays "An unknown error occurred. Server Response: null."

I can access the app on Windows 10 and Android without issue so I am not sure if this is just affecting iOS.

Re: Error with update to 2.0.660 on iPhone

Hi uwpark,

To test this issue, I update the PowerApps version on iPhone(10.3.2) to the latest version(2.0.661) on my side.

Then I run apps that based on different data sources, SharePoint list, SQL table, Common Data Service, etc.

I don’t get the error you mentioned. All the apps can be opened without any error message.

What’s your current situation? What’s the data source the app relied on?

Could you ask your users to check the latest PowerApps version on their side, if they could get version 2.0.661, please suggest them to update to the latest version and try again.

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Re: Error with update to 2.0.660 on iPhone

Thanks for the response. I was able to resolve this by republishing my app to 2.0.662 and redownloading the newer version to the affected devices. The issue is probably the app release version not matching the PowerApps release version on the iPhone.

I will need to keep in mind to republish the app when a new PowerApp release occurs so the versions are in sync.
