Errors trying to use Excel Online Business with a OneDrive for business Site/Library (Sharepoint file on MS Teams site)

I'm trying to access a spreadsheet on Sharepoint (OneDrive for Business Sites/Libraries on a MS Teams group) and use the data in it to populate a PowerApp. The spreadsheet is populated by MS/O365 Forms and is places into a Teams Site (Sharepoint). I keep getting REST API errors: "ExcelOnline(Business).GetItems failed: This app is not authorized to access this service. Try reopening the app and ensure all connections have been resolved."
Any ideas? I'd prefer to use the OneDrive for Business to access the Excel spreadsheet directly, but it doesn't offer a way to view files from sites (now libraries), only files on your personal drive, which breaks the whole purpose of this app. So I was trying to drive it through the REST API, by reverse engineering the same file access that works in Flow for this same file. I've tried accessing the "source" by both URL and by group.
'ExcelOnline(Business)'.GetItems("Shared Documents","General/Pipeline.xlsx","Pipeline","sites/ Team")
'ExcelOnline(Business)'.GetItems("Shared Documents","General/Pipeline.xlsx","Pipeline","groups/12bb9876-dead-beef-1234-fakekey00000")
Function is supposed to be GetItems(drive,file,table,source,...). Using Flow, I was able to peek into what I believed to be the right entries, but I'm wondering if I am running into a larger enterprise apps access restriction.

Hi @urbanhaas ,

Could you please  re-created the connections and re-authorized them to connect back to the app and then test it again?

Hope this could be helpful.

Best Regards.
