Excel Add rows and send email Microsoft flow

Hi All,

 

I have a canvas application, when user clicks button in canvas am calling PowerAutomate

 

1. Once it triggers am getting SharePoint List with status filtered

2. I have a static excel in OneDrive and using EXCEL add am inserting row into that Excel

3. Am using Delay for 30 Seconds

4. Get file Content from that OneDrive

5. Am sending that Excel in Email

6. Getting list excel and deleting it

 

The issue here is

 

If SharePoint list returns 5 rows the mail attachment returning only 4 

 

But while the PowerAutomate trigger if I open the excel I can see the 5 rows getting added

My experience is It will be a timing issue with your excel file and the get content which is greately impacted by your network capability, bandwidth etc.

 

Try extending your delay to 1 minute

 

You can also try putting the excel file in your sharepoint document and using it from there rather than onedrive
