Excel file Data not accessed by user, linked by google drive

Kindly tell me the solution to this problem.. (Data not showing in app except for app owner!)

Failed to load Joiners. The specified record was not found. Server response: Failed to read metadata from file source. Response from the end service is : Failed to communicate with Google Drive: NotFound. Details: 'File not found: 1cOdR9zuVCGplijlnlrdQAyHkrQiqqIQz'. clientRequestId: b07bc7a3-164a-46ad-8f47-bd6a05bd3eb5 serviceRequestId: b07bc7a3-164a-46ad-8f47-bd6a05bd3eb5;b07bc7a3-164a-46ad-8f47-bd6a05bd3eb5

Only me (owner of app) gets access to data in excel files on google drive. This error appears when my app is used by any user. The files being used are on google drive, excel files. I have also tried giving view as well as edit rights while sharing google drive excel files.

Hi @Anonymous,

I cannot reproduce your issue. Please make sure that

1. In Google Drive, you have share the excel file to user's Google Drive account with can edit permission, by putting his email address in below window like below:

2. Let user login with this GoogleDrive account and make sure that this excel file is shown in the "Shared with me" option.

3. You have shared the app with the user's PowerApps account.

4. Let user login with his PowerApps account, open the app that you shared with him, then use his GoogleDrive account to login to the GoogleDrive connection.
