Hello.
Please let me know about the Excel output from Power Apps.
Is it possible to combine multiple SharePoint lists and output them to Excel?
The number of records is about 5000.
I would be happy if you could provide some helpful information.
Love and Peace

Hey!
You can't export them all togheter.. What you can do is, assuming that the lists are equal, migrate every item to a single one using Power Automate and after that export it

Thank you for your answer.
You mean using Power Automate to register values from multiple tables into one table for output, right?

Hi @komesuke ,
It is much easier to export to CSV with a simple Flow (a good video here) which opens by Default in Excel. If you start writing 5,000 lines to Excel using Power Automate, you have to be very aware of your Flow server cycle limits and total allocations under your licence.

Hi @Nogueira1306,
Thank you for your answer.
It's difficult to output Excel from PowerApps.
I will try with one list and thank you for your help.
(I can't see all the records in the gallery or data table without scrolling, so that's my next task...)
Thanks for your help.

Hi @WarrenBelz,
Thanks for your answer.
I'll think about combining PowerAutomate!
The number of APIs and the length of processing time are the next issues...
Thank you for your cooperation.
