Exclude a Room in Book A Room

How do I exclude a room from available rooms in Book a Room? I don't want others to be able to book Site Design Team Schedule.

Hi @BenjaminMartin ,

Do you want to remove or hide the "Site Design Team Schedule" Room from the Available Rooms List?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the Filter function could achieve your needs. I have made a test on my side, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

6.JPG

Please go to the RoomSelectScreen, then modify the formula within the OnVisible property to following:

Set(CalendarFromSelectMeeting, false);
If(DateTimeRoomChange,
    ....
    ....
    ....
    ClearCollect(AvailableRoomEmails, Split(First(AvailableRoomsConcat).Value, ","));

    ClearCollect(AvailableRoomEmailName, Filter(AddColumns(RenameColumns(AvailableRoomEmails, "Result", "Email"), "Name",
        LookUp(AllRooms, Email = Address).Name),Name <> "Room1")); // Modify formula here

    UpdateContext({ShowLoading: false});
    Set(RoomsLeft, CountRows(AllRooms) - 20 * AvailableRoomsCounter)
)

On your side, you should modify the ClearCollect(AvailableRoomEmailName, ....) formula as below:

ClearCollect(
             AvailableRoomEmailName,
             Filter( // Add Filter formula here, exclude the "Site Design Team Schedule" Room
                      AddColumns(RenameColumns(AvailableRoomEmails, "Result", "Email"), "Name",
        LookUp(AllRooms, Email = Address).Name),
                      Name <> "Site Design Team Schedule"
             )
);

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.
