I need to export the contents of a gallery to an excel file.

Is this possible?  If not just in powerapps can I do with with powerapps and flow?  How would that be achieved?

Hey @PowerAppsJunkie

I did a similar configuration using JSON function in powerapps and flow. You can refer my blog to implement this:

Here, you can parse individual elements and create rows in your excel instead of the html/text files.

Hope this Helps!

hello @yashag2255 ,

I want to create an XLSX file format from the gallery items list in powerapps, I have seen your blog but it's just for PDF?

I want to make it for Excel? can you help me to get that? workaround for excel?

hallo, i was wondering whether you got a solution for this..create xls file and not csv

Hi @marial16 ,

I have created a workaround for this by using Plumsail Connector, which creates XLSX file.

If you want some regarding this, I am free to help:)

thank you for your answer, is the connector free?

@marial16
Yes, the connector is free but there is a subscription key which is free for somedays but then it will ask you to buy it for lifetime. you can check out Plumsail documentation and pricing.
