In our organization we can't get external/guest users to open the model-driven apps we have shared with them.
On the mobile/tablet devices they meet an error message saying: This app does not open correctly
We have followed this guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/share-model-driven-app
1. We have created a security group and assigned it to the environment
2. The external users are added as guests in our tenant in AAD
3. They are assigned to the security group and we have given the "PowerApps per app baseline access"
4. They are assigned to our security role via the "Share"-functionality (We have also tried adding the user to the role manually via admin portal)
They can see the apps on their tablet (after we have sent them specific links, forcing the Power App to login on our tenant).
Here are the Sessions-Id when it fails: b549b5b0-0351-4564-b99e-7e6520b219c7
We also have a canvas app. That one they can open.

Hello Azfar,
Looks like you may not have added the users to the CDS/Dataverse role.
There is another thread on this topic here: Solved: Share model-driven app with guest - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Thanks,
Charles Sterling
Hi @chass
We have already added the users to the security role Basic User which I believe is renamed from Common Data Service User.
So in this case it's another issue.
