Extract Daracard Value from Multiselection of People and Split Results

Hi Team,

I wanted to ask for your support with the following issue, I was able to extract the information needed using

Concat(DataCardValue52.SelectedItems,Claims, ";")

However, using claims returned additional text which is.

i:0#.f|membership|jdoe@email.com

To extract the information that i needed "JoeDoe" I used the following formula (This only works by itself):

Last(FirstN(Split((Left(Mid(DataCardValue365.Selecteditems.Claims,19,40),8)),"@"),1)).Result

I need your help in trying to aplpy the Last formula within the Concat to only return the Users email ID without the @email.com. Being the result:

Jdoe; Jdoe1; User2; Admin1; Admin2.

I hope that someone can help with this issue,

Thanks,

Daniel

Typically for the Claims portion I use:

Claims: "i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(Combobox.Selected.Email)

I didn't test that with your scenario but hope it helps.

Re: Extract Daracard Value from Multiselection of People and Split Results

Hi @rebeccas

I did use that feature but the problem is that I am using a dropdown menu that is pulling all the names from OutLook, I need to be able to separate only a portion of the Claims fromt the multiple selection.

Do you have any idea how I can do that?

Not right off but I will do a little testing and see if I can come up with anything.
