Failed to add text/button/label below Form

Hi,

I have created a Form in a Screen, and added about 10 fields in it
There is a scrollbar at the right side, which allows me to scroll down to the last field.

However, when I tried to add a new button, label or text below the form, I always failed.

Is there any trick to add new items below the edit form?

Thank you

Sam

Hi,

If you are trying to show items above or below the list itself, the easiest way is to resize the Form, then place them in the area above or below the form:

If, however, you are trying to place them within/inside the Datacards of the Form, then you need to use the advanced tab to unlock the Datacard, then click inside the Datacard and then insert the control:

Then change the height to give some space for controls:

Then while you have the datacard selected, click Insert to insert your items:

These items will now stay within that card and scroll on the screen.

Kind regards,

Hi @samsam ,

Do you want to add a button, Label, Text Input box below the whole Edit form?

Based on the scenario that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs. If you add a button within your Edit screen, it would exist in your Edit screen rather than within the Edit form.

In addition, even though, you could add a button below the Edit form, when you scroll the scrollbar in your Edit form, the added button would be scrolled along with the scrollbar.

As an fixed solution, you could consider add a Custom data card in your Edit form, and then add your button, label, Text Input box within the Custom data card.
