Failed to load "Excel table name" The specified record was not found. Server response: Failed to read metadata from file source. Response from the end service is : There is no folder '\\folderlocation\' located on your file system.

Hello everyone! As you can read in the title I'm currently having this issue with my Power App that is embedded in my Power BI Report. When I share the report to the users, they are getting that error. On my side I don't have any problems but they do.
The connector I'm using is File System that is connected to an Excel. Due to some business processes I can't use it from OneDrive.
Do you have any idea on how this can be solved? Thank you!

File system connects the excel files to PowerApps using on-premises gateway. When you shared the app (create a connection to File System using On-premise gateway) with other users, the On-premise Data Gateway would be also shared with them. But each user has to create their own File System connection on that Gateway when they run the app.

When other users run the shared app, they would see a dialog to ask them to provide their own credential to File System.

The issue users are facing is that no same excel files in Root folder, could you try to copy the excel file to all users? and all users need to paste it to Root folder of File System connection.

Thank you that actually solved my problem! I shared the app AND the gateway connection to the user. The dialog popped up when they opened the app and they just typed the actual root and credentials for the data source and it worked! @v-siky-msft
