Failure in sending Emails from Powerapps Phone app (IOS)

Hi,

 

I have created an App which sends few collected data to a specific email ID. 
It works perfectly when preview is done on PowerApps. 

All the emails are received with the correct text in this case.

But when I publish it and test it on my Phone (IOS), everything on the app works except the email part.
(The app has got sharepoint connections, Barcode scanner etc which all works perfectly on the phone App).
At the start of the app, I did allow access to my camera and Outlook when prompted.

 

Please let me know how this could be resolved.

Hi @MaQ ,

 

How about running the app in Browser PowerApps? 

Have you checked the version of App? The terminal PowerApps will not take effect on the changes until the App is published.

Please make sure the latest version that previewed has been published!

What troubleshooting have you tried so far? Is it the same user account on PC as well as mobile?

The user account was same (mine) on PC and mobile.

 

I did try to clear the cache on the mobile app. 

Also, tried to re-publish the app.

 

Both no effects.

It Works Now!!!

 

I was running in the PC Browser (its MAC OS).

 

Upon publishing, version of App was updated. I did some layout changes in the app which were also updated.

But email reply was not going from the page.

 

It took some time to get this cleared (roughly half a day).
