Fetch security groups in powerapps

I have created 'mail-enabled security' groups in admin center of office 365.

Further,I have created two dropdowns in powerapps

-one for group(dropdown1)

-other for users(dropdown2)

I want to fetch list of  groups with 'mail-enabled security' in dropdown1.

And based on group selected ,I want to populate other dropdown(dropdown1) with corresponding users.

Problem is how to get list of security groups in powerapps?

Please help with the solution.

Re: Fetch sercurity groups in powerapps

Hi @Nikita1 ,

The office365Group connection can only get the Office 365 type group.

You should try to use AzureAD.GetMemberGroups function to get the security enabled groups.

Set the following formula in OnStart property of App, and set col_groups to Items property of Dropdown1.

ClearCollect(col_groups, AzureAD.GetMemberGroups(User().Email,true).Value)

Set the following formula in Items property of dropdown2

AzureAD.GetGroupMembers(Dropdown3_1.Selected.Value).value

Hope this help.

Best regards,

Sik
