Hi I would like to know the process involved to have a file upload option on my PowerApps Portal.

Currently I have a form requesting information and require customers to visit site and upload documents. How can this be done in a detailed manner???

Hi @Virgo14 ,

Do you want to enable "Upload file" option in your Portal Entity Form?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the "Entity Form Matadata" option within your Entity form in your Portal Management could achieve your needs.

The user @mmhbuilder has faced similar needs with you, please my solution within the following thread:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Common-Data-Service-for-Apps/How-do-I-enable-a-File-upload-field...

Also please check and see if the following article or blog could help in your scenario:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure-notes

https://crmhub.blogspot.com/2018/09/upload-document-working-with-notes-upload-download-Edit-Delete-d...

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

I suspect the biggest issue with this will be that your customers are probably anonymous.  But this may get you started in the right direction.  I recently wrote a BLOG article on how to use MS Forms, Power Automate, and SharePoint to submit an attachement via MS Forms and have it uploaded to SharePoint and approved.
