Fileter items in a SharePoint list using "Get Items"

Hi All, I have a requirement where I need to filter the values from a SharePoint list to check if the Item already exists or not. Any help on this is appreciated! Thanks, Satish

Since you want to filter with Get Items, it sounds like you are using Power Automate, not Power Apps, so you need to post your question on the Flow/Power Automate community rather than here.

That being said, here's an example of checking to see if an item already exists using Get Items AND a condition check.

In my case, the title column in SP contains my key field and QuicklookID is the value coming in that I want to test for.

The function on the left side of the condition check is empty(body('Get_items')) where 'Get_items' is the name of the prior step in the flow.  The right side is just a function with a value of true
