Filter Drop Down with not equal?

I am trying to populate my Dropdown box with all locations but the present one:

Filter(LocationCollection,loCode != txtLocation.Text)

loCode is the equivalent field in the collection.

It doesn't like !=

How do I do not equal in this context?

Re: Filter Drop Down with not equal?

Filter(LocationCollection,loCode = txtLocation.Text)

If you want not equal to use
Filter(LocationCollection,loCode <>txtLocation.Text)

If loCode is a number field use
Filter(LocationCollection,loCode = Value (txtLocation.Text))
