Filter Gallery with Text Input and Yes/No

Although I have read similar posts relating to Yes/No issues, they have not quite fix my issue. I have Gallery1 which loads based on TextInput1.Text but I also want those results to be further filter by a Yes/No column on the Sharepoint list.

Gallery1: Items -> Filter(SharepointList,TextInput1.Text in Name)

I have considered a Checkbox to make the extra filter, thus allowing the user to see the entire list, based on their search, while also letting them filter the list. So far I have not sure how to make it work.

Thank you

Re: Filter Gallery with Text Input and Yes/No

Hi @smujicacj ,

You can achieve with follow below steps:

1. Insert a Toggle control, set its OnChange property to:

2. Set below formula in the Items property of the gallery control:

If(IsBlank(V1),Filter(SharepointList,TextInput1.Text in Name),Filter(SharepointList,TextInput1.Text in Name,V1 in YesorNo.Value))

Re: Filter Gallery with Text Input and Yes/No

Thank you for the recommendation; however, is currently not changing the results and the issue is with the last portion of the formula. On your original reply you mentioned to use V1 in YesorNo.Value but that gave me a error. I went ahead and changed it to where to column where the Yes/No are (I think that was what you meant) but there is no option to do .Value at the end. Any recommendation to get areound that?

If(IsBlank(V1),Filter('Statement of Ed - Intake List',TextInput1.Text in 'Student''s Number'),Filter('Statement of Ed - Intake List',TextInput1.Text in 'Student''s Number',V1 in 'Statement of Ed - Intake List'.'Did you reported? (Advisor)'))

Thank you
