I'm trying to create a SharePoint form that closely mirrors Info Path. To do So I created a Repeating table within a custom data card.
The problem is that once the form is Submitted you can't see the repeating table values because they are submitted to a different list.
I tried filtering the gallery by the ID of the last Form submitted "Filter('DataSource',MasterID=Gallery1.Selected.ID)" but apparently you can't do that if the gallery is within a Data card. The gallery returns no values.
Is there a way to filter galleries inside a data card when it has a different data source?
Hi @gtgilchrist
Galleries are not meant to be inside a data card, although you can actually put one there. Once you do it will not be easily selectable. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Gallery-inside-Data-Form-no-longer-selectabl... . There have been some suggestions about this in the ideas forum and you can vote on it. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/Support-placing-a-gallery-in-a-data-card/idi-p/... . I would suggest that you find another way to do what you wanted.
