Filter by a pair of key words

I'm sure this is something simple that I am just overlooking, but I'm stumped on this one.

I have a data table that is pulling entries from a SP list, and is filtering the list based off of a column that is the "Status". I've created the column to be a single line text, and defaulting as Pending. Right now I have the datatable pull any entries that are set as "Pending".

However, the approval within the app has three different "approvals". A "Deny", "Quick Approval", and "Approval". The quick approval is meant to keep the request open, yet send the information onto the next person without the original approver filling out their section until a later date. So what I need, is for my data table to filter by both Pending and Quick Approval. I've tried "Pending" || "Quick Approval" but it pulls all entries from the list, even ones not assigned to the current user.

Thank you!

@NathanFra

Please consider changing your Formula to the following:

Filter(Apprv,
    (Status = "Pending || Status = "Quick Approval) &&
    Approver.DisplayName = CurrentUser.FullName
)

I hope this is helpful for you.
