Filter by current user see different countrys

iA filter where the current user can only see the records of a specific country.
For example, if I am connected to the application, it shows me the ones from Colombia, but if another person comes in, it will show the ones from Miami and so on. help

What is the criteria that determines that if you use the App that Columbia should be shown and the other person would see only Miami?

Is this location information stored some place?  If so, then it is possible.
