I'm trying to filter results from a SP list based off the current user. I am able to get the filter to work looking at only one column but can not get it to work looking at 2 columns. I need it to filter the current user based off the two separate columns due to one column being sales reps and the other being sales managers. Depending on who's logged in I need them to be able to see all the accounts that are listed under them. Below are screenshots of what I have so far and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried it and I'm not getting any results in the return. Below are screen shots of what I have for my current user code and the code you supplied. My source list on SP only has 100 items in it so the delegation warning isn't of concern at this point.
