Filter in Dropdown

Hi,

I have one dropdown I want to get data from sharepoint list for which I have written formula ( Filter(SPLIST,Role = LP).FullName))

Now I want to get data from sharepoint list as well as I need to have "all" in dropdown.

With({varItems:Filter(SPLIST,Role = LP))},
ForAll(Sequence(CountRows(varItems)+1), {Value:If(Value=1, "All",Last(FirstN(varItems, Value-1)).FullName)}

)

Set Dropdown Items property 

Choices(SPlist.FieldName)
