Filter items thorugh status without getting delagation warning.

I am using this status and want my request to filter if i click on pending or any other status. the clear shows all the request no matter what status.

i use this formula but if i use if condition in the filter it gives delegation warning. how do i not get delegation warning and accomplish this ??

SortByColumns(Filter('Out of Office', StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text) ), "Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))

Re: Filter items thorugh status without getting delagation warning.

Hi @mehul_sompura ,

Please follow below steps to avoid the delegation warning:

Set below formulas for the OnSelect property of these buttons:

Set(V1,"Pending")
Set(V1,"Approved")
...

The set below formula for the Items property of the gallery:

SortByColumns(Filter('Out of Office', Choice1.Value=V1 ), "Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))

Choice1 is your choice column name.

Re: Filter items thorugh status without getting delagation warning.

how ever if i put a button called clear and use this formula Set(Pending, false) && Set(Approved, false) && Set(Declined, false) && Set(Cancelled, false) on select property of clear button  you cannot click on it if you choose pending and that has no request.
