Filter or Lookup pls help :)

I have 3 Sharepoint lists :

In List1 i have listed a bunch of names

In List3 i have listed a bunch of items

List2 has a lookup to list1 and list3 to connect names with items.

Im looking for a gallery filter to only show items conencted to the selected name from list 1 , anyone can help me with a formula here.

What i tried is this

Filter(List3; List1Gallery.Selected.ID in List2.names)  This gives errors.

Any help would be appriciated since i know Powerapps does not multi choise columns this is the work around i was hoping to use.

Hi @Ryball,

Could you please share some details regarding the three lists?

Will list 2 contains multiple items based on the list 1 selected value?

In addition, using ' in ' parameter may not work very well regarding the filter result.

I suspect the error in your formula should be the data type not match (the expression part).

Formula should be different based on the column typs and the relationship between the lists.

Hi, I am jumping in on this one because I need to do the same. The AND (... solution you gave works well except that it will send the email even if no change has been made to the monitored field. How would I change it so that it only sends an email if the desired field has been changed?
