Filter pulled resource from SharePoint on combo box

Hi folks, another head scratcher for you!

I'm pulling the information from a SharePoint list column and would like to filter out anything that starts with an open bracket. Is there a way to write this function into a combo box?

E.g. in the dropdown, (Diesel) should not be shown.

On the combo box, items is simply: 'Dog Profiles'.'Dog Name'

Hey CNT, thank you for replying.

Perfect, it did give me a delegation warning but I did a clear collect on the list and it's working perfectly now! 🙂
