Filter setting to hide data cards with content

Hi Guys,

I am fairly new to this whole PowerApps thing, and i have run into a problem.

Can any one help me with the filter setting to hide data cards which has been filled.

I have a list with 7 collums like this

Title      -     VIN     -      Nr.      -     Hex     -    Hex (Rev)    -     Dec      -      DEC (Rev)

There is already information in the first two collumns (Title & VIN) and right now the app shows the full list. What i would like to accomplishe is when one of the data cards gets filled it should be hidden from the app. How would this be possible?

The filter i have so far is:

SortByColumns(Filter('Ladekabel Chips', StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text)),
"Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))

I have checked https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/function-filter-lookup/ and tried different variations found on this forum, but I cannot get any of it to do the wanted function.

& is for Concatenation.

Please change.

Hi @Anonymous

Looks like you intend to hide those 3rd column and to the right when they are FILLED..am I right to say so?

If yes, then use IsBlank (IsBlank)

- Filter('Ladekabel Chips', StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text) && IsBlank(Nr.) && IsBlank(Hex)......)

It means filter the table, which StarsWith(Title,..) and also other Columns without Value.

So those with value, will be filtlered out and hidden.

I hope it is helpful to you.

Have a nice day.

TQ

Hi @hpkeong

Yes, i want only to show the ones that have not been filled. I have now tried to add the IsBlank:

SortByColumns(
    Filter('Ladekabel Chips',
        StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text) & IsBlank(Hex)),
"Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending)
)

This makes the whole list dissapeer and, it says:

"Suggestion: Part of this formula cannot be evaluated remotely. 'Concat' operation is currently not supported in this context." Do you have any other suggestions?
