Filter - show only my propositions

Hello,

In my gallery I have a label:

"List of propositions: "&With({wZone:IdeaBox_1};CountRows(wZone))

It shows all of records in IdeaBox_1 (sharepoint list).

I created another gallery that shows only my records, and I tried to modify this label to count only my records.

Where am I doing a mistake?

"List of propositions: "&With({wZone:IdeaBox_1};CountRows(wZone) & 'Utworzone przez'.Email=User().Email))

Utworzone przez = MadeBy in polish.

I am getting errors:

Invalid name and unexpected usage of signs.

Hi @Elitezone ,

Do you want to count records in the table of IdeaBox_1 and display the result in the Label?

If you do, please change the formula to:

"List of propositions: "&With({wZone: Filter(IdeaBox_1, 'Utworzone przez'.Email=User().Email)};CountRows(wZone))

The Filter() function filters all records belong to you to be the data source of With() function.

In addition, there might be a delegation warning for the User().Email, you’d better use a variable to replace it. Set below variable on the OnVisible of the screen:

Set(varUser,User().Email)

Then the formula would be:

"List of propositions: "&With({wZone: Filter(IdeaBox_1, 'Utworzone przez'.Email=varUser)};CountRows(wZone))

@v-jefferni

Great help! And nice tip with OnVisible.

After some tests I believe that it is OK!
