Filtering Sharepoint list from dropdown by individual buildings, as well as by "All"

I'm building a section of an app that displays support tickets from a sharepoint list. My ultimate goal is to have a dropdown filter the list with building names, as well as by all buildings if "All" is selected in the dropdown.

Already, I have the first worked out, where I can filter the list by building using this:

 SortByColumns(Filter('Help Desk List',Building.Value = helpdesk_dropdown.Selected.Value, Status.Value = "Open"), "Created" , Descending)

This works beautifully, and now all I need is a way to display every single ticket, from all buildings by selecting "All" from the dropdown. How should I go about doing this?

Hi @qhenry

To filter the list, simply add an or() statement on the filter argument of your formula just like this:

 SortByColumns(Filter('Help Desk List',Or(Building.Value = helpdesk_dropdown.Selected.Value,helpdesk_dropdown.Selected.Value="All"), Status.Value = "Open"), "Created" , Descending)

This way, the filter will display all the support tickets in which Status is set to open, and the or statement will filter them by Building value. If you select "All" from your dropdown, then this filter argument is always true and the only filter applied is the Status.Value="Open" one.

Hope this helps!
