Filtering a gallery by user

Hi,

I must filter a gallery by the region of a user (region is equal to brittany etc..).

I have a table like that

region.png

I will import this excel file to my sharepoint tomorrow.

In my gallery i add the column libelle centre de resultat that is my region field in the excel file.

My gallery is lard because i have 8 000 entries.

At first, i was thinking to use the filter function but i seems is not delegable 😞

What can i do ?

Thank you

@ALP1

The FILTER function can be delegated.  Your issue is due to Excel.  Nothing can be delegated when using Excel as a datasource.  Tomorrow when you import the data to SharePoint FILTER will work.

thank you for your answer.

in fact I need your help because I don't know how to build my formula.

I'll give you a little explanation.

I would like the connected user to be able to see only the employees in his region

I would like the connected user to be able to see only the employees in his region Nord pas de calais

So I created a table with users and I created a column corresponding to his region.

In the gallery and the visible property I was thinking about using the function if and filter but I'm lost because I do not know how to go about it.

Hi,

I think my initial request is not very clear.
so I allow myself to rephrase it.

I would like to filter my gallery according to the region of a user.
For example - user 1 = region "NORD PAS DE CALAIS"

Thus, if user 1 connects, it must see only the records concerning his region

To do this, I added to my SP list (base), a column that I named test (for example).
For all NORD PAS DE CALAIS in the libelle centre de resultat column, I added the user concerned in the test column.

In powerapps, i filter my galley with formula Filter(base;(test.Email=User().Email))

But nothing appears:-(
