Based on "However I am able to filter the power app when I click on my power bi table - I want the exact opposite.", do you want to click powerapps visual and then data in powerbi will be filtered?
I'm afraid it's not supported to make this.
PowerApps visual is just a compoment of PowerBi report to display data.
There's no property of PowerApps visual that can be used in PowerBi report.
In PowerApps visual, the PowerBIIntegration
object acts like any other PowerApps read-only data source or collection.
It can be used as a data source in powerapps visual.
