Filtering with checkbox

Hi everyone,

I am trying to do the following.

1. Filter a gallery by Dropdown1 (column: "Manager") selected.

2. Include all items, but when  a checkbox is selected exclude all items with value "closed" for column "status". The other "status" are for example "starting up" and "on hold".

Hope you can help.

So you can see all the projects for that person that are not finished.

Kind regards,

Roger Middleton

Here's my suggested code to solve your issue.

Filter(
    your_sharepoint_list,
    Manager = Dropdown_Manager.Selected.Value
    Checkbox_Closed.Value = true And Status = "closed"
    Or Checkbox_Closed.Value = false And (Status = "starting up" Or Status = "on hold")
)

Hi @mdevaney ,

Thank you very much for your help.

This code almost does the trick. But if checkbox is unchecked I see all projects (included "closed"), when checked I see only "closed".

I am trying to get it the other way around. - Unchecked see all except closed / Checked see all including closed.

See my revised code above.
