First record appearing after SubmitForm

Hello,

I'm having the following issue. I currently have a form connected to a SharePoint database. I'm able to submit forms and have them successfully reflected in the database. However, in the form itself, whenever a new form is filled out and submitted, the record changes to reflect the first record in the database. Yet, the submitted record successfully reflects in the database and gallery. In other words, when I click the 'Submit' button, the form is successfully submitted but users are re-directed to the first record, rather than viewing what they just submitted.

This is my formula for the OnSelect of the Submit button:

SubmitForm(EditForm1); ViewForm(EditForm1); Navigate(EditScreen1); Set(ShowDeleteConfirm2, false); Set(ShowDeleteConfirm1, true)

Hi@rodrkayl,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to fill the form with the lately submitted record?

Could you please share a bit more about the Item property of the EditForm1?

How you set the Item property of the form will decide what it displays.

You could consider setting the OnSuccess and Item property of the EditForm1 as below:

Refresh(ListA) // OnSuccess property
First(Sort(ListA,Created,Descending)) // Item property

Hope it could help.

Best Regards,

Qi
