I'm using Dataverse for Teams to build an app. When editing a date using a datepicker in a normal Gallery, editing dates works as expected. Using a flexible-height gallery, the datepicker reverts back to the initial date value from the table whenever the app user tries to edit the date value. It flashes the new value for a moment, then reverts back to the old value when the user exits the field.
I'm thinking this is a bug, but if anyone else is aware of a workaround or solution to this, I'd like to hear it.
Hi @CnelsonMarquam ,
Do you want to use the DatePicker to edit the date in the flexible-height gallery to work as expected? Could you please describe the requirements in more detail? Could you please share more detailed operations in the app?
I followed the steps you described and use Dataverse for Teams to build an app, but the results showed normal. When editing a date using a flexible-height gallery, editing dates works as expected.
This is the result I made:

Hi, there, I was able to confirm this issue at a customer's tenant by adding a date picker to a flexi gallery and regular gallery in Dataverse for Teams. Whenever I tabbed out of the date picker in the flexi gallery, it would revert to the data source value immediately. I will test this in my own tenant tomorrow, and grab some screen shots to show this as well.
