I used a Microsoft flow for approvals however I when I approved from an email I received a message from the flow as approved but no changes in my app always a Pending what would be the possible issue?
The Approvals action in Flow doesn't make any changes to the status column in SharePoint when an item is approved. But you can easily update the status based on the Approval outcome with regular SharePoint actions. The specific action you need is dependent on whether this is a list or a document library and whether require approval is enabled or not. (Require Approval adds a specific column that can only be set using a specific action)
Can you send a screenshot of the Dynamic content panel in your Flow? From the error message it suggests that you have used the Ask in PowerApps dynamic content three times when setting up your Flow. That has created three different parameters, but you are only passing one in PowerApps. If there are three then all three are required.
Between this screenshot and the last one I see two different parameters that need to be passed from PowerApps to flow. They are Getrow_Rowid, ApproverToEmail. But there must be another one somewhere. If you look at Intellisense when adding the Run( command in PowerApps it should tell you what the third parameter is. You need to specify all three each time you call the Flow.
I'm not sure what the error means. Can you send another screenshot that focuses on your Apply to Each loop with the Send Email action. The error is suggesting there is something wrong with the variables in that loop.
