Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment don't return all flow in Environment

Hello,

I am not able to get all flow in my default environment (I am admin).

The current formula with or without filter return only 178 flow. When I am testing my app I don't see the flow of one of my colleagues. Is there a reason for this malfunction ?

Filter(Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment(glrEnv_2.Selected.name).value
,Or(txtKeyword_2.Text in properties.displayName,txtKeyword_2.Text in name)
,txtKeyword_4.Text in properties.creator.userId
)

Bonus point, how to get the creator name when the user does not exist in the tenant it's a problem with flow but not powerapps

Re: Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment don't return all flow in Environment

This is a known issue based on a misconception.  Even though you are an Admin ListFlowsInEnvironment will only list the Flows that you have access to, either Flows you created or Flows that have been shared with you.  There is no way currently to list Flows in the environment that have not been shared with you other than looking at the list in the Admin Center inside the environment.

OK... But in the Env admin plateform you can't extract all, you can't search for a flow with any criteria.... What an horrible situation so... Will they plan to correct it ?

No idea whether there are any enhancements planned.  The one thing you can do in the Environment section is add yourself as a co-owner to the Flow. Then it would show up for you using the connector.

Yes that might be a mitigation... Need to validate that with my users...

Re: Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment don't return all flow in Environment

Hello @Jdriele,

hello @Pstork1,

sorry, that makes no sense for me or I have a misunderstanding here.

I also using the function

Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment(ENVIRONMENT_ID).value

@Pstork1: you wrote: "[...] Even though you are an Admin ListFlowsInEnvironment will only list the Flows that you have access to, either Flows you created or Flows that have been shared with you.  [...]"

I got 250 Flows. Not all in our environment. But there are not all created by me or shared with me! Most of them are not shared at all.

Re: Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment don't return all flow in Environment

This thread is from last October.  At the time it was a limitation of the command that it only showed you apps that you created or that were explicitly shared with you.  I haven't tested recently to see if this has changed.  It might now show all apps if you are an admin.  That was one of the complaints in October.

Re: Flow.ListFlowsInEnvironment don't return all flow in Environment

Hi @Pstork1: As a Admin, I can see 250 flows. But there are more in our environment. Will there be a fix to see all of the Flows?

So I have the same problem as @Jdriele have.

For Power Automate, there is a possibility to get all Flows with this connector: (Thanks to @CollabTechie)

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/List-flows-as-admin-does-not-return-all-f...

Is there no possibility to get also all connectors in a PowerApp? I don't want to push a Flow to get a list in my PowerApp.
