Flow - SharePoint Update File Properties not compatible with Image Library?

I'm using PowerApps with Flow to upload photos to a SharePoint image library (using the 'trick' to save an image from the PowerApps camera control to a collection to get it into DataUri format in PowerApps and then using the DataUritoBinary function in Flow).

I would also like to set some properties for the files uploaded in the same Flow.

I have tried using both 'Update Item' and 'Update File Properties' steps in Flow, but neither of these allows me to select my image library (only 'normal' libraries or lists appear).

Are Image Libraries unsupported for 'Update File Properties'? Are there plans to support them in the future?

Hi @PaulD1,

Please take a try to select enter custom value, then enter the Image Library name.

As below:

This would allow you to deal with the Image properties in the Image Library.

Michael

Re: Flow - SharePoint Update File Properties not compatible with Image Library?

Thanks @v-micsh-msft

I confirm that works.

I did try similar but I put a / in front of the folder name as that is the format that you get when selecting from the drop-down list.

I've actually migrated all my files from the Picture Library into a normal Document Library. Performance of Document Libraries in SharePoint seems better than Picture Libraries (for editing metadata via the side-bar) so I don't think I'm going to bother swapping back again, but good to know this solution exists...
